    I had called 37 Home Hardware stores looking for 2 particular light fixture and had excellent service at almost all locations, but the lights were no to be had throughout the province. However, the Watson's HH in Gorrie went well above and beyond all customer service expectations!!! Not only did they locate the elusive light fixtures, they delivered them from Gorrie to London. Professional, persistent, exceedingly polite and friendly are only a few of the accolades I give them. In particular, Tammy went so far above and beyond superb customer service that I can only say thank you a thousand times. If you need a particular item and if there is any way humanly possible, the Gorrie HH deliver.
